Mehul Karnik, Founder and Managing Director of VLIPL, is a stalwart with over 25 years of dedicated leadership, having shaped the company into one of India’s fastest-growing Lighting Solution Providers. Born in 1979, he graduated from REC Warangal with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mehul began his professional journey as a Sales Officer in the FMCG sector, gradually transitioning to the Elevator and then the Lighting industry. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to co-found VLIPL in 2021 with the goal of elevating standards in Lifespace Solutions. His dynamic leadership has not only propelled the company’s rapid growth but has also established him as a respected figure across the industry.

At VLIPL, Mehul’s philosophy centers on customer-centricity, resilience, and a proactive embrace of change. His commitment reaches beyond business, as he actively champions causes such as elderly healthcare, animal welfare, and education for all.
